“We should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.” — Friedrich Nietzsche

Why Did I Start Dancing?

Growing up, I loved watching movies where people danced. It was always a dream of mine to dance myself. I was shy, had no confidence and no money to do it.

When I grew up, I started working, traveling the world, exploring mountains and cultures. Then I returned home. I decided it was time to leave my parents and go live alone.

And so I did. I was the first to move out of the family home. It had a lot of challenges but one of the greatest was all the independence I gained. With all my free time I decided to fulfill my life long dreams.

I started playing the piano, lead climbing, and dancing.

What is Dancing to Me?

Ever since finishing High School I have decided to get out of my comfort zone to gain experiences, have confidence and achieve a great and fulfilling life.

Dancing gave me all of this and much more.

I gained confidence, I found a community of friends, and I fell in love.

It’s a way to break free from the confines of everyday life, shedding the weight of stress and expectations with every step. Dancing is my personal sanctuary — a space where I can be myself without judgment, connecting with others on a deeper, almost spiritual level.

Why You Should Start?

Dance transcends age, ability, and background, making it accessible to everyone. It improves your physical fitness, boosts your mental well-being, and connects you with others. It provides a space to explore and express your true self.

It’s a powerful way to release stress, uplift your mood, and add a little more rhythm and fun to your life.

Now it is your time to take that first step and let the music guide you.
